For the past six months I have been swapping out a Turbo City EFI for a Ford EFI. I've had this Turbo City EFI on my Bronco and it ran really good for many years on my 302. But once I moved it over to my 351W a couple of years ago, I've had many issues. Plus Turbo City is no longer supporting there EFI system.
A good friend found an Upper and lower Ford Lightning on Craigslist and I bought it for my rebuild. I thought it was going to be a simple swap out, man it was tough working weekends only and in over 100 degree heat, going to pick-N-pull to find parts in the blistering heat, plus almost getting bit by a scorpion again. Today after three tries it fired right up and just purred after a little turn on the distributor, it was a great feeling.
But of course I just cannot rebuild just the EFI system. I bought a new dash from BC Broncos and having another friend make custom bullet dash plaques for my Gauges and matching cover for steering column and switch panel. In order to do all this work, I had to pull the seats and remove roll cage and steering column. So hopefully I will be back on the road here soon. Once I get 100% complete I will post pic's on all the work. I just want to thank the guys here AZBroncos for helping me get parts finding parts and towing me more than once.
