I am waiting on the city to tell me what anchor to use. I think it's BS
Seriously, it weights like 6 k without anything in it. If a storm comes that moves it, that storm is taking everything it touches. Heck the container could be the safest place.

I just got thru with the trucking co. They dropped it off and did a pretty good job on the placement. considering it was dark and raining. More tomorrow.

Here it is Franko, mine is the place on top. You pay the big money you get the penthouse. Right next to the bathroom with the other magazines.

there is no way you could get a permit for that anywhere in Florida !!! ;D

The 20's cost almost as much as a 40. We have 3. My only complaint is that they get very hot in the summer, so not good for furnature and most houshold stuff. I got mine for old tractors, but now worried about the heat on the tires.

We use a 20 at the cemetary to store lawn mowers in. The temp got to 111 f last summer here in Medford OR and the tires seem to stand it ok so far.

Well here it is all 40' of her. I love it. It arrived at 10 PM friday night. No I was not sneaking it in, it just worked out that way. I spent the last 2 days cleaning my shop and loading some bronco stuff into the container. It really helped out with the congestion. Now I can work and get around in the shop. my wife is not thrilled, my dad wants one now and that's not going over too well at his house. I have plans to build shelfs, put in lights, receptacles and a 30 amp circuit. I have to get it all permitted before I do that.
The second picture is the truck backing into the yard to make the 007 drop off.

I hear containers are cheaper in California. Something about japan not wanting to pay return shipping to get them back? mine was $ 1300.00 I also had to pay a trucking / delivery fee. that added to the cost but it was a very fair charge. Lots of the FLA ones were shipped to Hatie

i'd love to replace both my sheds with a 20 footer, but i'd have to take down the carport to make it happen. so can't happen. and the floor of my front shed is falling through....

but that's really not bad!
