I have a Duff shifter that is very smooth and short throw.

I should have added, this is a 3 speed for now.Also have a top loader 4 speed that I might put in but don't think I would gain anything by doing so.

Stock side shift or the top shift conversion? (Jeep T150 shifter that is)
