I want to give a sincere thanks to Viperwolf1 for posting diagrams and instruction sometime in the past for using toggle switches instead of factory switches in the dash. I just installed a custom dash and used rocker and push button switches for my ignition, lights and wipers. I may not have been able to do this without his diagrams. So again thanks. It is not completed yet but here are pictures of it so far.

what dash is that James? Looks good.
I cut the center section out of my original dash and left a 1" border. Had a guy cut out some plate and all the holes with a CNC. Installed rivnuts in that 1" border on the original dash. Bolted it in with 1/4" black ss button head bolts. The glove box is from a boat supplier. Still need to finish the console under the dash. Here is the dash almost finished.

Where did you get the black stainless buttonheads?
I believe I got them from Amazon, but I bought them about 3 years ago. Those are Auto Meter gauges, and I used a GPS speed ohmmeter. Doing it the way I did with the bolt on plate made it easier to install the wiring harness and hook up all the gauges, switches and AC controls. Worked out pretty good.

We built stands that held the dash out about afoot. Tight under there.
