Shout Out To Wild Horses!!

Just got done placing a $2,500 order for 26 parts through Wild Horses via the internet last night. I had made a note that I didnt think the speedo gear that i picked out with the extreme output shaft for my D20 would be the right set up for my gear/tire set up.

Today i got a call right after they opened to inform me that they had talked to Advance and I would require a speedo gear with more teeth than any of the ones that WH offers. They worked it out to where Advance will drop ship the one i need for my set up and it would just cost me shipping.

Thank you WH for taking the time to read my concern, research it, and then come back with a solution instead of just taking my money and having me set up my rig incorrectly!

This is great customer service and i wanted to share with everyone my experience with them

I have to second the quality of WH's customer service. They try their best to make sure the order is right. We are fortunate to have such great shops dedicated to this model. I've had equally great experience with Toms BP and James Duff.

I agree. All of the vendors dedicated to the bronco are great. Its nice since I am not a mechanic and this is the first auto i have ever tried to build from the ground up. It has been a dream of mine to build/own a bronco since i was a kid (20+ yrs) and knowing that i can call the vendors and get answers and not ripped off is a great feeling. I have worked with pretty much all of them and they all do a great job.

Since this was such a large order for me i wanted to call out a nice shout out to WH. I think they should see these and feel good that we all respect and are thankful for them. It also encourages and reinforces that they are doing the right things for their customer base.

Without a doubt the best customer service I have had in a long time. What is even stronger than that is the service after the sale. Paul has been more than helpful. He has answered every question I have ever asked in detail. Not just a short yes or no but the reasoning behind his answers. I'm sure others are great also but my experience with WH has been second to none. It's painfull sometimes to order and wait for parts to come all the way across the country but I will continue to live happily with the extened delivery time and sometimes more expensive shipping. The service and communication has made it more than worth it to me!

I will echo those sentiments. Paul hooked me up with a set of 2.5 leafs - I'm on the right coast, so he checked out the best shipping options, which happened to be by truck to a friend's business. Just got them yesterday; ready to put them on this weekend! Thanks Paul and everyone at WH.

All that being said, I also appreciate the options available from other vendors and support them as well! I also think without this forum we would not have as many options for specific parts to fit the EBs.

The cool thing about wh is that with the price of the parts you get bronco tech support. Plus we have dirtdonk who is super helpful on the forums.

Actually their packing is the only thing I don't like about them. They use peanuts and overdo it. I'm sure they do it to cut down on shipping damage but it is a pita.

From the responses and advice I've received form DirtDonk here I put WH first on my list of vendors.
