I think my customized half cab/tonneau/roll bar setup is pretty unique
Haven't seen one like it before

I haven't seen a hood scoop like mine (maybe there is a reason)

Not so fast with the hood scoop. I saw your's and liked it, but couldn't find one so I had to hand form one from sheet alum.

How about behind the seat half cab storage?

On Frank's, I added:

FSB captain's chairs with recline; FSB front shoulder belts; FSB passenger seat base with slide, dump, & storage.
. .

F150/Expedition towing eyes & rubber air deflector/belt guard.

FS tilt/cruise column; autodimming compass thermometer rear-view mirror.

Plastic wheelwell liners & headlight flaps.

Dash extension to hide the hoses, wiring, & ducts, and it mounts the power antenna switch. This is Frank's favorite mod.

Custom door & bedwall panels, including PW/PL, speakers, cupholders, custom inside latch handles, & full upholstery; custom camper window trim.

Off-the-shelf wireless backup camera for hitching his trailers & off-roading (no pics yet). Probably his 2nd-favorite.
Autobody panel adhesive? Is that not what part of the Bronco rust problem is?
You're thinking of "seam sealer"; I think he's talking about panel adhesive, which is an epoxy used to glue car bodies together instead of using welding/bolts/rivets. It's actually stronger, lighter, & cheaper-to-assemble than any of those. But it's PERMANENT. ;)

I grafted a flush mounted fuel filler from a Suzuki TL1000Rs gas tank I had laying around from my bike.
