Single circuit MC upgrade

Hi all, it's been a while since I've been here. I wanna upgrade the "fruit jar" type MC to a 2 circuit type. Anybody know where there's a writeup or have info about this?

The easiest way is get everything from a '67 or later ... swing pedal assembly , m/c , lines & distribution block ( H block ) . Then just bolt on & go .
