There Was An Thread About A Month Ago That Had A Link To A Site That Showed How To Smoke Your Lenses. Does Anybody Have That Site??? I Can't Find The Thread.Or Does Anyone Sell These???

VHT Nite Shades is your best bet. Just follow the directions on the can. I got mine from eBay.

FWIW, I also tried the model tint spray - that left too much orange peel and looked like crap in my opinion.

VHT goes on flat and looks great.

I was told to be careful because tinted lights may not be legal. And, someone warned me about safety (not being able to see the lights). But I like em and may tint mine.

Best and easiest way to do it is to overthin some black base coat and then clear the lens. Course I work in a body shop so I have access to these things.

I've never understood the fascination with the 'smoked' lenses. I'm always looking for a way to make my lights brighter, not dimmer.
