Alrighty than. I got a vintage air under dash a/c today for my bronco in a trade. Question is can i just swap the pulley on the compressor to work with my mustang s-belt or do a need another compressor all together? It was hooked up in a 57 ford pickup running a 289 with v-belt. If you need any other info let me know because i dont know squat about a/c.

Generally you can replace the pulley. But you got to figure out what compressor you have. Challange is you are dealing with mystery non-stock parts.
