I think I finally found a NV3550 for my EB and am now looking into the
pieces to make it fit. I know AA's prices are a little higher than some, so just just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction... Thanks.

Call up Randy at Adventurous 301-791-6869
Tell him Josh sent you. He has the best prices around. It is 695 for the Bronco kit.

I checked everywhere before I did mine. Mantranz on Ebay had the best price on a NEW tranny, and Randy had the best deal on the kit. Good Luck.

Are the ebay transmissions new or rebuilt? I have been saving up some cash for this conversion but I'm moving soon and want to wait till the move is done before I start collecting heavy parts that would have to be moved. What has the total investment been for thoose of you who have completed the conversion?

The ones from mantranz are new, but i cant speak for any of the other ebay vendors. Overall i think the total cost was about $1700 shipped to Texas. ($1045 for the trans and $675 for the adapters.)

That sounds pretty good, I figured it would be another $500-1000 more than that. I'll have to look into this guy on ebay!
