Had this set up on my 2011 F350, double receiver allows you to install a 42" extension when using a large slide in camper. I also have camper tie down arms that mount to it and the frame. Bought it all thru Tweety's in TX, over $2500 new, fits 99'- 12' F250 or 350. All the bolts and manuels. Sold the slide in camper!!!;D;D;D
