so I stop at the store to grab some Coca~Cola and as I am in the store a lady walks up and asks me "What year is your Bronco?" I tell her it is a 74 and her face lights up, I am thinking she had some memories in a 74 Bronco hence the smile.
With a huge smile on her face she says My son has a 74 Bronco. I think to myself who it could be as I have met most of the Bronco guys around these parts and ask her who her son is. She says Luke Bryan. at first it did not register as I was thinking that I had somehow missed a Bronco Brother. then the lightbulb went off, That Luke Bryan, the country music singer and the one we have posted about on here.

She talked to me for about 15 min. and her biggest question was "why is my son so nuts for these Bronco's?" I let her know that the early Bronco is like a drug, it is an addiction, She just smiled and said "That explains it"
She went on to describe him and things he does in his Bronco, even told me of a ticket he got out west. Was a great conversation for sure. I told her to let him know the Bronco Brotherhood is strong around here and we would love for him to join us on a ride sometime. She thought that would be great but the only time he might be back home is around Christmas, Sort of changed my plans for the timing of the next run!!
I wondered if it was really her so I looked it up and yep this is the lady I was talking to!

Reaally enjoyed talking to her and hope to run into her again to see if she has any messages from her son!

That is way cool. Neat that she knew what year bronco her son had. Very nice of her to engage in some friendly conversation with you about it. Thanks for sharing.

Small world. I think most of the time people forget celebrity's are people off stage just like us... well except they generally have bigger bank accounts to support their habbit;D

That is one thing my career as an actor and screenwriter has taught me, treat any celeb as you would treat a friend and you will gain a friend.

Very typical of folks in the South - willing to engauge a stranger in conversation just because they might share some common ground.

Cool story.
