• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

I'm new here and the owner sent me several pictures of this bronco but didn't give me any written info. Just as soon as I have time I will upload the pictures here for others to inspect. I'm looking for my first bronco and this one has a few areas that concern me as a first time buyer.

If you have any doubts, be patient and wait for the right one to come along

Those are much better than I received. The body look like original paint with the exception of the right rear quarter and top. Looks like a pretty honest old Bronco. Not sure if that equates to ten grand, but compare to the other junk that's out there and maybe the numbers work.

Somebody make an offer of $8K and own that thing! It's kind of nice that it appears the rust repair can be done without impacting the exterior. Some more crucial pics would be helpful too.

Here is what I'm seeing that needs repaired or replaced, inner fenders, passenger floor pan, rocker, doors, and at least one fender. The wiring for the tach and possibly horn looks to be questionable. Seats look to be in overall good condition. Then with a 45 year old vehicle you can expect some mechanical issues of some sort.

I offered him 8500 Mon, he wouldn't take it. This is not a bad Bronco at all. When I talked to him he was very honest about everything, I ask if the hood had been notched to fit the GM style dizzy and he said yes that it had. From all the pics that you just posted everything was exactly as he explained. This will make somebody a nice Rig. I cant believe he still has it.

Well I guess I'm out on this one, 8500 would be the top of my budget for this one. I'm 6 hours one way from this one.

Nothing wrong with the asking price IMO.

Jernigan, hang in there, the right one will come along. Have your trailer and cash at the ready and be ready to roll.

That's where I wanted to be. 8-8500 works, more than that I don't know.

He may take that now, make him a offer, all he can do is say no. If you plan on keeping it 10k would not really be that bad of price in todays market

The prehistoric shocks may be a sign that other things have not been maintained and you may be looking at brakes, tranny, diff issues, new gas tanks, fuel and brake lines, etc.. Hopefully floor supports are intact. Pretty crusty for 10k.

Rust in rear quarter=bigger problems that are not in the pics. Its not in the $8-10K ballpark to me, but just my opinion.
