I'm in the middle of a rebuild on my 1969 T-shift Dana 20 and realized my shift rails are boogered up. I tore down one of my spare t-cases and the shift rails in that are worse.

I don't want to go twin stick, but that's all that's out there that I can find on shift rails. Anyone know where I can find a good pair of lightly used OEM T-shift shift rails?

Thanks!

Scott

I sent them a message, but their website only shows shift rails for twin stick setups.

Thanks

The twin stick rails are ground/notched so you can shift the twin sticks independently from one another. With the stock linkage it's impossible for the rails to move independently. I could br wrong about this, but the twin stick rails should work with the stock linkage because the stock linkage makes it impossible for them to move independently thereby making the notches irrelevant.

Ok. I’ll wait to hear back from JB Fabrication to see if this is an option.

Thanks

It's an option, but the profile of the twin-stick rails has no ramps, it would be a pain in the ass to shift.
I will mock some up today (I cant believe I havent done that yet).....

Toms Offroad is preparing to release part number 5083F, which are factory replacement T-Style shift rods. They are currently in stock but not listed, however, this should be completed in the next day or so. If in a hurry, give us a call and we can sell them to you over the phone. Thanks so much! Hi Jason - I am in a bit of a hurry; need these so I can continue with the rebuild. Anyway, I just got off the phone with Frank. He wasn't able to pull them up, so he wasn't able to sell me a pair. He didn't have a price either; if you know how much they will cost can you please let me know? And do you know when I'll be able to purchase?

Thanks,

Scott

Sorry about that Scott! It's being uploaded in the system as we speak, and you are correct, you are Customer Numero Uno! Frank has them on his desk (now, lol). Give us a call at the end of the day, and we will have them loaded into our inventory. Price will be $139/pair. Thanks and sorry again about the delay! - Jason
