Went out of town and my neighbor just called and told me that gas was slowly dripping out of my spare tank cap, down my new paint job and stripes. What do I do? Has this happened to anyone else? FUUUUUDGE.

Change the fuel valve to the aux tank, go for a drive and burn some gas out of the tank.

Yes, it has happened before. Fill the tank, don't use any, park in the heat, let the fuel expand, it will overflow.

When I filled both tanks I always put it on the aux tank and drove for ~5 miles then switched back to the main and drive a little more.

Disconnect the line from the tank to the selector valve and drain some fuel, after you open the cap to release the pressure.
