special nuts for warn winch ?

I am attempting to mount the winch on the bumper but the nuts 3/8 that I am useing are not large enough to not spin in the winch.
Any suggestions ?

Well the nuts should be square, not six sided. They are held in place by the winch body. I do not think that these are special ones that Warn uses, you should be able to find them (square, 3/8 course thread) at a good hardware store. If the square nuts are spining, you may have another issue...

Nope they are the standard nuts, I will have to go and get the square ones.
