It is complete with all hardware, side and rear rails, riser and hoops. It has the full zip out side windows. The only problem is the inner seam at the top corners of the rear window stiching has come loose. It can be restiched at any trim shop. I'd prefer local pickup, but can possibly ship. Thanks, Chris
