Spot Weld Cutter Types...which one works better?

I've used these before for normal drilling...work pretty good. I was hoping a specific-designed cutter would even work better...maybe not...

I have also used the one that Mark posted. It worked very well, but it didn't last as long as the DeWalt drill bits do. With the price difference, I just went the drill bit route.

The one on ebay is a high speed drill bit and looks to be coated with something so I'm hoping it may last awhile...that is if I decide to go that route....

That's funny as I put a watch on this pending the opinions here...there's a hole saw type on eBay as well. This seems to be the way to go...........you liked the bits from this guy????

I tried the hole saw, the spur, regular bits, and these bits were the best hands down and reasonably priced.

i used my plasma cutter the other day to cut out the spot welds on front inner fenders . It worked like shoes on a chicken.

A 3/8" or 1/2" Pilot Point drill bits works for me..

I've tried all the rest and this has to be the best that's working for me.

Available at most hardware stores..
