Spot Weld Cutter

Hey guys, what is the part number for the NAPA spotweld cutter? Does it work any better than the Eastwood? I used the smaller Eastwood cutter last weekend, but wasn't real happy with it (see picture). It seemed to start dulling up after 6 welds. Probably my technique. I ended up center punching and then using a 3/8" bit to drill out the weld. Only problem was I was hitting the panel behind. I hate to have to sharpen this thing after every 5 cuts.

Also, what is the part number for the NAPA weld-thru primer....OR better yet, where else can I find that stuff. My NAPA store was less than helpful today.

Thanks!
