anyone install a set of these recently? I have a question. On the tube itself there are 2 o-rings do you put one on each side of the wheel or both on the outside?

my brother has a set and I will look at his as soon as I can but I am pretty sure one o ring goes on each side and sandwiches the wheel between them. Alot of metal 45 or 90 degree valve stems have the o-rings like your talking about. one on the inside and one on the outside.
