you know it never ends with broncos. i bought a Delphi conversion box off ebay last year and got it put on and have been driving it. steers good but it turns sharper to the right than left. turn right youll run over yourself but my 4 door dually turns tighter than this thing going left. is there a way to fix this. if i cant fix it im going to get another box, do the ones from toms turn equal.

Did you make sure the steering box and the tires were centered when you hooked up the drag link? If you had to move the steering box to hook up the drag link then thats the issue. How much lift do you have? also do you have a drop pitman arm? A drop pitman arm and or a adjustable drag link should correct the issue.

My old stock box and the new delphi box did the same thing. It's not the box it's the lift you're running. You're running 3 1/2 right?

To correct this, get an adjustable drag link (I bought the WH setup) and you can center the steering. While ordering, get the adjustable track bar too and get the body sitting back on center with the frame.

well i have an adjustable drag link and the trackbar is none adjustable but i centered it and welded a sleeve in. the pitman arm is not a drop but the one that came with the box. i remember now it only fit one spot. and looking at the drag link its all way in both ends touching. would shortening the drag link more help?

Also check your steering stabilizer. They're supposed to be 50/50 rebound/compression but might be failing.

Unhook the drag link from the pitman arm and center the steering box and the tires. See if the drag link hooks back up without moving the box. Then determine if you need to shorten or lenghten the drag link.

What he said. This is pretty easy to solve.
