Thanks DirtDonk measuring the inside of the old part the internal diameter it looks like .712 but with 36 splines. Looks like 13/16 36 spline but the diameter seems off but this could be because I could not get into the spline valleys. I have DD shaft material so I'll use that in the middle. I think I'll order a pair of joints with 13/16 36 spline and DD on the other end so I can make the shaft.
