Steering Stabilizer Mount Fitment

I began installing my new adjustable tie rod/drag link over the weekend and am having a problem lining the steering stabilizer up to the mount on the drag link. I used the mount off of my old drag link and have moved it all different ways trying to get the bushings to line up to it. Do I need a drop pitman arm for this to line up? The angles in relationship to the track bar look good to me. I have attached a few pictures. Thanks in advance, Joe.

Where your drag link attaches to your tie rod it should be pointing up at the back of your front bumper (like 60 degrees or so). This stops some sloppiness in the steering and makes that stabilizer mount move further into position, but it won't be perfect,

Right now that connection is straight forward. Tilt it up. Aim it at the back of your front bumper.

Those four nuts on the stabilizer mount that attaches to drag link near pitman should be pointing straight out, not tilted down like in your pic. Ditto what Bronconut is saying too It looks like because you have adjustable left tie rod (unlike stock) you've got that angle off where drag link goes into left tierod. I'm assuming you have lift on this and that's why you have the adjustable drag link. You probably want to take that stock track bar off and get one that's adjustable to center up that front differential. Look in my photo gallery, theres a pic of a stock front end that shows the original setup.

I think you have it on upside down(backwards). The section with the bend in the shaft should attach to the tie rod. The straight section with the high angle joint should attach to the pitman arm.

Thank you all for the advice. I did indeed have it on backwards. I fought fitment on this to the steering arm for the better part of Sunday afternoon. After I flipped it and turned it upwards, everything started lining up.

An adjustable trac bar was mentioned. I noticed my driver's side, front tire sticks out more than the passenger side tire. Will the adjustable trac bar fix this?

Yes, it will allow you to lengthen the trac bar and push the axle back towards the passengers side.

I have the WH 2.5" lift. I'll get an adjustable trac bar coming.
