Got mine today, here's my rant.
the tailgate piece is 4 inches to short in the length.
the wheel well pieces are horrible, the edges aren't binded at all.
the rear cargo area is fine and the edges are binded so that's fine.
The front cargo area is tough to fit with the transfer shifter in the way.
I might send it back,

Here is my feedback on my stock interiors carpet. Front piece is tricky to fit with transfer case shifter. What I did was install the carpet from back to front up to shifter, then folded carpet back and poked a hole through carpet in line with shifter. Then cut a 1" X in the carpet and pulled carpet completely back up. Took carpet over top of shifter (knob removed) through the hole I cut and then worked carpet in to place. Had to loosen heater box to get it tucked under on center hump and had to cut carpet for gas pedal bracket on fire wall, clutch rod and e brake cable. It's definitely not a fun project especially with the mass backing on the carpet. I have about 3 hours in it so far and I still have to trim sides down and cut carpet for seat and seatbelt bolt holes.

I haven't looked at my tailgate piece against the truck to see the fit. Will do so tonight.

I don't have wheel wells with the kit I purchased so can't comment there.

thanks for the tips. I need to put down some jute padding tomorrow then work on the carpet. One tricky part for me will be doing around my door inserts. I'm going to call them on the wheel well covers because they really are bad. I ordered my wheel covers today and a carpet kit hold down kit also.

Besides the wheel wells and the tail gate piece is the quality pretty good? I was thinking of going that route with my carpet kit. On other projects I've have left carpets kits in the sun for awhile to warm up the rubber backing. Helps with placement.

I don't think the tailgate piece is supposed to cover the hole tailgate. Are most all the ones I've seen didn't.

My wheel well covers aren't so great nither!

if my local interior was interested in doing a custom one, I would have gone that route. I'll report back tomorrow on how the front install went. The only piece that has binded edges is the back part. The tailgate could have fit better if you ask me. I mean how hard is it to measure a tailgate for carpet?

I looked at my tailgate carpet tonight and think it is the right size. When centered it leaves about 1.5" to 2" of the tailgate uncovered all the way around. So if you say yours is 4" short it is probably the same size as mine. Think it is meant to be centered on the tailgate.

sounds right, wish it was a little bigger and covered more.
