Storage area under passenger seat....

A friend of mine with a HEEP recently cut the pan under his passenger seat, adapted the seat to hinge backward, and created a dry storage area under the floorpan / seat. Great idea.
I looked at my Bronc and with the 3" body lift + 3" susp. lift there is considerable space available for dry storage, approx 7" deep, 20" x 17". I am thinking it is a great space to mount my air compressor, 1st Aid, and recovery gear. A small fan would kick on for ventilation while the compressor is running, with a 2 min. timer after it stops. I've got some 1/16" 316 Stainless I could TIG into a pan with remote drain, and also use it to make a bi-fold lid.
Anyone else do this mod?
If so, pics would help my design.

I cut and boxed mine in for a couple of batteries.
