Yes, Chris and Glen finished first in class 5C (myriad of classes). They kicked butt. Chris' goal each day was to finish and have a cocktail in hand before dark and he accomplished his goal every day.
More stories and pics to follow as we unpack and unwind. Needless to say, things went almost perfectly. We didn't have to wrench on the truck at all, which is almost unheard of in off-road racing, particularly in multi-day events. The truck has just a few things to touch up. We lost a bolt or two here and there but no dents, dings, or broken stuff.
Glen's favorite moment was passing the Stroppe Edsel (about which was about 10" away at the time) at ~105 mph going down the beach on the Pacific side.
Chris said he could wash it, gas it, and go run it in the Baja 500 next month.
