I'd vote for SC. I've never seen either, but SC would probably be far better value on cost per hour entertained, longer residual benefit and you can participate rather than spectate.

I have seen Seger twice and he puts on a great show. Very honest, authentic music. Not canned or autotuned or what ever they call it...
Bob is getting up there in age and won't be around touring much longer.

I have not yet been to SC so I don't have a direct comparison.

Save your pennies and try for both. :)

Bob who? I vote SC You can plug in your cassette tape and listen to Old Time Rock and Roll on the drive to Tennessee. We went last year and it was a great vacation. I will be going back this year if the good Lord is willing.

too many people in one room at concerts, my SD is a sound room on wheels and much more comfy so super cel would be my choice

It would be SC for me without question. But I've never understood buying albums, 8 tracks, cassettes, CD's, paying for downloads or concerts. I still give Mary a hard time for talking me into the $600 we spent to see Tim Mcgraw in Eugene, OR. Sheesh, crazy!

I guess I'm an old guy that doesn't keep up, what is super cell? I've been to Bob Seager concerts and he really is an awesome performer! That was before the songs he's made in the late 80's up till now. I can only imagine how much better he is.

Super Celebration, upcoming bronco gathering in Townsend, TN. Now that i am much older i dont know that i would enjoy the concert or not, with all those people around. Pretty sure there is fun to be had at Super Cel.

Super Cel, but really, what do you expect as an answer on a Bronco forum?

Went to a Seager concert in Memphis in 1983. Got into a brawl with some other drunken folks and don't remember much after Turn The Page.

I'm sure I'd pic SC.

Buy a Segar greatest hits CD to play at SC ! Longest weekend of my life was recent Bon Jovi concert I owed my Wife. Too old for concerts, unless Buffett !

Those guys won't live forever if seeing them in concert is on a priority list. :) We skipped Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard in 16' for Super Celebration, and then Merle died. Still had a great time and SC and will be back sometime.

saw Willie on Austin City Limits this weekend (always record and check later). If you want to see him you better go, he wont be around a lot longer. He was struggling for breaths between verses.

I say Segar. As others have said, they don’t live forever. I’ve got a bucket list going for various performers. One of which is the late great Tom Petty. Never got to see him. So from now on it’s lets go see.........

wonder how many lawsuits stemmed from that brawl?? %) None? how times have changed ;D

to the OP you can't go wrong either way, me I have tinnitus - largely attributed to concerts in my teens where I'd stand directly in front of the 10+ ft tall speakers/amps whatever - so I don't enjoy the noise anymore, downright painful, so another vote for SC

Which one are you most likely to remember?

Myself, I remember most of the concerts I've been to.

The social events, such as SC, tend to blend together after I've gone to the first one.

I've also been to SC 3 times, this year will be my 4th and theyre a blast... Theres a saying, you can always re-take a test but you can't re live a party... you just gotta decide which one is the party ;)
