Tech Post on cutting down truck tailgate for Bronco use?

I have been searching to no avail for a post where someone used a 60-70's pickup truck tailgate on their Bronco. They removed the ends, and cut it down, and rewelded them ends back in place. The truck tailgate had the wide Ford lettering all the way across the back. Where is this post?

I've never seen a tech article detailing this mod, but I do have that truck tailgate. It was on the Bronco when I bought it, and didn't know any better until I went to buy the vinyl FORD letters for the Bronco tailgate!! Dunno if I've got a pic that I can get to on the work computer. But, if you want, I can take pics when I get home.
