A group of us decided yesterday that this nifty item was the newest "must have" gadget seen at the Expo this weekend.

Barry Beacham holds a prototype of his simple-but-elegant fire extinguisher holder. A coil spring locks the cartridge into the tube. Pads on the bottom allow either bolt-down (available "soon") or tube clamp-on. That pesky Jesse Jones could not even make one fly out of his Trophy Truck, and if HE cannot, well, you're safe and good-to-go!

Price is ~$35.

Well Todd I would have to vote for the Can-Back EB top as the coolest new item, but that fire extinguisher holder sure ranks right up there. I almost bought two--they had a show special two with extinguishers for I can't remember how much. Current low cash level prohibited it though. I got a few pics of it too if anyone wants a closer look.

Number 3 for coolest item I would nominate the jerry can air pressure gas filler. It replaces the stock lid on your jerry can and has a gas tube with a little filter on the end in the tank, and a gas pump nozzle on the other end. There's an air fitting in the lid to pressurize the jerry can from your on-board air to make the fuel flow. I love Mike Kamm's (Grizzly) electric jerry can pump but this seems even simpler to me. I'll be getting one of these. I have pics if anyone is interested.

Next would probably be the hot lips aluminum hawse fairlead!

Sounds like there were some new products and ideas at the show. Post all the pics for your Northeast bros.
Thanks.
