I happen to have one. Ramsey 12K# w/ 300' 3/8" cable D20 PTO or NP435 PTO and approx. 5' 1" hex shaft. Make me an offer.

so do most hydraulic winch pumps means the pump is turned by the PTO shaft?

Nick (delconick in the used parts for sale classified section) has a couple 'mostly complete' Koenigs he got from my pile. One of them was from an EB and had D20 PTO, the shaft, and the front bumper.

Yes..although it can also be done with a belt-driven pump off the front of the engine. PTO pump is better..much more power capacity.
