Great article and as a father who has grown closer to his son through our common interest in EB's, it makes you realize everyday what is important in life in the whole scheme of things.

Alan and Michael are always on my mind when Logan and I are working on anything together.

I had my daughter Amanda scan the two page article and here are some postable size images, but maybe impossible to read.

If someone can host on a picture site or something, I can email much bigger pictures that are clearly readable to be put up here.

If interested in doing so send me an email at:

Thanks Alan and Amanda

I was able to save the images and blow them up enough to read the article.

Like others have said even though I never met Michael, after reading his posts I felt I knew him. I know I speak for all of us that we think of him often, and our prayers are allways with you and your familly.

Thanks for posting the article for those of us that are not subscribers to BD just yet.
I, like many others here, did not have the pleasure of knowing Michael, as I am somewhat new to the Bronco community. Although, I have read through the threads posted and seen his name mentioned on so many signatures in remembrance. It is clearly evident that it was my loss not to know such a great young man before he was called back home.
My prayers are with the Stark family. It is obvious that Michael touched so many lives during this seemingly short time on earth, what a blessing he must have been.

It was a great article and the first thing I read. There are so many people here that it is very easy to just become an anonymous poster to everyone else but it obvious how many people's lives he affected.

Thank you John and Christine ,

If nothing else should become of my life on this earth , at least I will be able to say that I had the pleasure of making Michael's aquaintance and shared a few thoughts with him over the years . Thank you Val & Alan for sharing him with all of us .

It is because of the many wonderful friends we have made through this forum and at Bronco events (OCBR ;D ) that we are able to carry on in our daily lives.

To wake up every morning and pass by the room where he slept or to sit at my keyboard with his pictures and urn on the desk beside me.....

Just know how deeply you have touched us and I truly see many of you as family.

to the stark family ,, I am way out here on the west coast, so i never got to meet micheal , or any of your family , but i have read many articles on him , and how he put an impression on most all people he had met in his short life . thanks for raising up a verry cool kid , verry well mannered , polite , and enthusiastic in the ordeals he took upon himself .Alot of youth these days have not much respect for other people , little lone their familys as much as he seems to have had . . It is with a sad heart i say to you my sencere condolences , and really hope you can recover a bit from the great sorrow of loosing him in such short notice . This is a great family of folks here on the board ,and time will heal all , but the family takes care of its self ... and if you ever need a bit of a cheering up ... please dont hessitate to ask us all ... even us way out here on the west coast ....

Bigjhoov stated: "OCBR will never be the same for me" - no Jerry it won't.
It won't ever be the same for any of us, nor will our lives be the same. But events in our lives - such as knowing and loosing Michael have a purpose.
Michael's life on this earth touched so many people, in so many ways...A wonderful loving son, brother and grandson...a fun loving and friend loving, exceptional young man. A young man of actions and words that earned him praise, respect and the love of people who knew him ...whether they knew him a little; knew him deeply; knew him by his words here; or knew him by his hugs and a handshake.
I believe that Michael's memory will continue to enrich relationships in families, mend ones that are broken or need work;....and will always be a reminder to all: You never know what life holds - live it to the fullest; Tell those you care about how you feel; and most of all....remember his signature, and apply it to all your days....as well as your trails.
Deep Faith eliminates fear....

Alan & Val...I know you know my heart.
for everyone's very kind words about the article, thank you - and I think I can speak for John (BroncoJAK) when I say...we feel honored to have written about such an exceptional young man ...
