Nyles, I gonna build mine in the frame with body off, have a long way to go on the body, do pick the hood and fenders up from redi strip tomorrow, body goes next. i have all the major parts, including explorer front dress for efi.

smokin cheby's always been easy, just does it alot smoother now they really in trouble when I put the kickdown cable on tonight. Got enough now that WOT is freakin dangerous!!!

Mine is the Sidewinder, or Art Carr, Winters...whatever you want to call it. They are all the same.

How much horsepower do you think you were getting out of your 302 when you built the motor originally? I know it sounded pretty hot at OCBR and I am hesitant to put all of my Explorer stuff on my 347 due to the injectors and computer being set for low 200's hp. My 347 is a roller motor with a RV cam, but only has 8.5:1 compression. I have no idea what my HP is, but have always guessed 300-350hp. Was know about custom chips, but do not really want to have to screw with them. I will probably put the stock Explorer motor in the Bronco and pull the 347 if the HP is to much.
