The perfect "reuse" of the Ash Tray door...

No Dash was harmed in this conversion, Simply removed door and its hinge, Can be reinstalled if warrented, But the mid '80's Ford clock fits perfectly in its spot!
Wired correctly the brain is always on, yet the display is on only in Key on, and Run. Dims too!

Not as purty as yours, but I was able to install a 3 rocker switch panel in place of my ash tray w/o drilling any holes. Onboard air, front PIAA lights and Explorer high idle option that Garry programs in for us. Worked great. That clock really looks good!

Mine is old school, it is an altimeter my uncle mounted back in the early 70s. When I restored it, that is one of several aftermarket items I kept. He used it for mushroom hunting in the Colorado mountains. They best grow between 2 relatively narrow elevations.
