If you didn't know, WILD HORSES had the privilege of helping out at the Week to Wheeling Bronco Build a couple weeks ago. The build team essentially had five days to build a Bronco frame-up and with a build team of eight, it was still hectic trying to make sure we met the deadline.

WILD HORSES supplied our 2.5" suspension, a complete rear-end, and our Clydesdale Tie-Rod and Drag-Link System, along with numerous other small parts and pieces. The week was super fun and I learned a lot. I'll attach some pictures of the build and you can visit the link below to view the Facebook album and check out different parts of the process.

After checking those out, come back to this thread and give your thoughts on the overall build. Not bad for a five day build, I don't care who you are! That's just an opinion, let's hear yours!

Was there the prerequisite fighting among team members and last minute saves? Did they all wear black T-shirts and have beards?

hahaha Black t-shirts, yes. Beards, almost everyone. Fighting, not at all! haha this was such a chill group of guys. As far as the last minute saves though, every part of this build was legit so they didn't script it to come out more gnarly or anything like that haha it wasn't your stereotypical car build show which I believe is what you were poking at...We should have fought though now that I think about it :p just kidding ;D

Why no roll cage? I really like the shirts, would Wildhorses be able to sell them? I reached out to Four Wheel Magazine and they re not selling them but seem interested

The main reason was because it had to be done in five days. They told us they were going to go back through the next week and make sure no bolts we gonna fall out. If they do a roll cage or not is up to them but my guess is this Bronco is mostly a show pony which won't see too much street or trail. I think they are gonna pass on the cage. Still a sweet build though!

Can you provide any details on what went into the build?

In the facebook album, I gave a little run through on every picture. But I can definitely give a quick speal here too!

Started off with a 2.5" WILD HORSES suspension with Bilstein shocks. In the front, they had a high-pinion Dana 44 with 4.56 gears from Nitro Gear & Axle, 30-spline axleshafts, and an Eaton Truetrac.

In the rear, a Ford 9-inch built by WILD HORSES with 31-spline axleshafts, an Eaton Truetrac, 4.56 gears, and a 1310 yoke.

265/75R16 Terra Raider M/T tires and 16x7 Ultra steel wheels were used as the boots of the beast.

To power this puppy, the team used a Ford Performance Boss 302 with a Holley Sniper Fuel Injection System.

Behind that, a Ford AOD Performance Level 3 transmission and an Advance Adapters Atlas transfer case. Jason built a custom cross member and a whole lot of fabricating and notching went into that.

That's most of the tech info but you can check out the videos on MotorTrend's YouTube channel if you want to hear more of went down with the build.

Here's the link to MotorTrend. There are four videos up as of now.
