Has anybody used this upholstery on thier Bronco seats? Looks like a great upgrade to the factoy seats. However, I am concerned about it fitting the Bronco seat frames.

Thanks

I believe the standard mustang buckets and the bronco seats are the same thing. Maybe someone else can confirm.

If I was going to pay that much I'd look for something else. Suspension seats, or get some Recaro seats out of a Jetta, 16V Scirrocco, Porsche, or BMW, and have them recovered

I have no idea if they fit or not, but I used Distinctive Industry covers to recover the seats in my 70 Mustang (High Backs)... Quality and fit was great, and they were way less expensive than TMI.

Thanks for your input. Just an FYI, the price on that pic page is not for the seat upholstery. It is for an intire interior set. The front seat upholstery less new foam is about a $100 buck more than the standard Mustang / Bronco seat upholstery.

Mustang Buckets and Broncos are the same.

It also depends on the year.

The '66-67 Broncos have the same (or very similar) seats as the '65-67 Mustang.

In 1968, the Mustang's seats changed to a "thicker" style cushion and backrest, which the Bronco also adopted. That was also the first year of mandatory seat back latches. (The '69 Mustang used the same seat, but with a standard headrest that was optional in '68.)

The Bronco continued to use that same '68 Mustang seat right through 1977.
