I know that bigger isn't better in this case because too big may cause blockage of the radiator. Ok Now for the question if I got a 12x15 cooler, is that too big? I am running a cowl induction hood and that would help with cool down so....any suggestions. Also does NAPA or similar store sell tranny coolers? cause the one I am using for this example is on Ebay, and I would rather be able to pick it up now.

I have a stock three core radiator, a 4 x 8 P/S cooler, and a 7 1/2 x 10 trans cooler. ;D I have also done the serpentine set up with Chuck's reverse rotation fixed pitch fan, shroud, and dual 9" pusher fans. ;) Living in New Mexico and running at about 170 degree's on a 90 degree day. I let you know when summer comes about it cools (we have 110 degee day's). ;)

too be honest I don't know but using common sense I would think the problem would occur during the winter and not the summer for oversizing-

eh I may be wrong-
