trans swap, no start

I have just about finished up my conversion from C4 to AX15. I clipped off the start switch that was on the C4 that told the engine it was in park or nuetral not drive. I am guessing that I need to close this loop in some way because it won't start right now.


If I'm on the right track let me know. I am about to rewire with a painless harness, will this sort out my issue?

You are on the right track, you will need to bypass the neutral safety switch if the AX15 doesn't have one. You will also need to rewire your reverse light wires to the AX15 reverse switch.

Just unplug the NSS. You have 4 wires. Run a jumper wire to determine which two wires run the reverse lights. The other two hook together that will allow the ignition to power.
