Trick to getting fuel injectors out?

What's the trick for getting the fuel injectors out of the fuel rail. I have he fule rail and injectors removed from the intake manifold but can't get the injectors out of the fuel rail. I have pulled on them pretty hard but don't want to damage them. What am I missing?

They should pull right out...There is a rubber O-Ring holding them in

when they are old they are harder to remove, PUUUUUUUUULLLL

the o-rings dry out and stick real hard.
lube them up

Use my moto... If it jams-force it, if it breaks-it needed to be upgraded anyway.
They are usually hard, pull.

I would twist them and pull! see if that helps!
