went back to the metal shop today, they had some perforated sheet metal. decided to bend up a piece for a radiator cover and see what it'd look like. what does everybody think????

That is cool, I do still like the solid sheet better though.

Stop tempting me, I had almost forgot you made those. I got too many other things to worry about besides trim pieces. :p

i kinda like the solid piece better too, this one isn't growing on me. all it cost me was scrap weight anyway, so i figured it was worth a try. there's a few people who like it, so i make a few and sell them.

yes i have a metal brake. i'm gonna stop by there friday and see if they have the material in stainless, if not i'll still pick up some and get ready to make a few more. i'm ready to take a few orders. nice thing is no holes have to be riled for mounting, LOL!!!

BTW, diamond plate aluminum will be available too upon request.

I like the one with the small holes, will let heat out after you shut it off. How much for one of them to Tremont, Ms. 38876 Thanks Barry B.

Ben, if I plate over the top of the radiator where will I constantly leave tools while I drive around for weeks? LOL

They look pretty sweet dude! perforated looks better IMO but it would get dirty way too fast!

I was wondering the same thing, need another place for nuts, bolts, small parts, tools forgotten, etc. ;) ... Nice mod though.

lol - we all should just epoxy a big magnet to the top of our radiators and fenders, then we would stop loosing tools :p
