Tune up information needed for my 1976 302. My sticker is gone and I’m looking for the timing setting

Factory at sea level would be around 6-8 degrees BTC (I don't have the book handy) but add advance for elevation. I always did it by vacuum and sound. Max the vacuum at idle and then back it off a few degrees.
