Instead of ordering a cam from Tom's Offroad. I went out to the shop and created a cam on my own. Using the 1/4" tall shoulder, on the back side of the steering wheel hub.I ordered a stock cam to try on my column but you have to remove part of the lever. Would like to see a pic of the cam you ordered.
The cam lobe, represents the positions of the pressed in pins. Supplied in the kit. Once installed and tested in the garage. A test drive was in order. The cam seems to work great. I did put a little grease on the cam for good measure. Here is a sketch I made for the cam.
