I have a JB fab twin stick also and it's easy to tell when the front is in 4H, the two sticks are back and lined up when in 4H. If the left stick is further forward it is in Neutral and if it's way forward it's in low.

I stand corrected. They actually do still make them, but only in black. They also have shift knobs for the NV3550 and the NV4500. These are very well made knobs. Slightly larger than normal, and very solid feeling.
