He is a little bitter. If he didn't have a Hurd of broncos maybe he wouldn't be getting divorced. Or if He just sold it here at a steal instead of craptastic eBay.

Wow I do feel for the guy, a bitter divorce can make you hate everything for sure. But it sounds like an opportunity for a deal to the right person. An all cash deal is what this guy needs, and it sounds like if someone offered him all cash he may be willing to negotiate given that he is so spiteful over the divorce and would probably bath in the chance to get some cash that she can't touch.
