I was talking to a guy in moab who use to use the e2000 pump but after having overheating problems he switched to this pump http://http://m.oreillyauto.com/mt/www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail/PFP0/E16118/N0515.oap?ck=Search_N0515_-1_-1&pt=N0515&ppt=C0128
He said its worked a lot better a doesn't overheat and fell like the e2000 did.

I was wondering if anybody here has tried it.

Btw he runs this without a pusher pump or accumulator.
I know if I run that setup I probably wouldn't have this problem. But since I need a new pump anyway I thought I would see if anybody has used this one with any success.

I'm running an in tank pump, but I'm going to use something like that as a back up system. There are quite a few EFI Broncos that I run with here in SoCal, that run just the external HP pump at the tank. That system seems to work fine. There was a lot of LP pumps and accumulators for sale here a while back. Good to see an alternative to the E2000 pump with good availability. A bit more pricey, though.

So I tried this pump out. Had it in the bronco for about 4 months now. And now I have put the e2000 back in.
Here's why.
So for a while now I've have had this problem with my bronco where it was acting like it was running out of fuel. I tried everything with the fuel system. Replaced everything and after hearing about this pump I thought I would give it a try. After replacing the pump and still having the problems I started looking at other things. Turned out to be my distributer. So I've been ruining this pump for a while. First thing I disliked about this pump is it is LOUD! Not a hey your fuel pump is load, loud. But what the hell is that sound? loud. So that's the first thing I hated about it but was putting up with it cause I was told this pump was better then the e2000 pump. Well it's been cold the past couple weeks and with no top or doors I haven't drive the bronco much but last weekend I needed to plow and the bronco is parked in front of the shed I keep the rzr in. So I go to move it. It starts but won't stay running I can hear the pump struggling bad. I get it running long enough to get the rzr out and plow but can get it running again to pull it back in. Had to pull it back with the rzr. Still having the e2000 pump thankfully. I switch them out. And it fires right up and much quieter. So my a pinion on this pump is negative. But it's supposed to handle heat a lot better so I'll keep it in my toolbox and if I burn up the e2000 in the hot weather this well be my spare. Tell I can get another e2000.
Hope this helps anybody thinking about using this pump as a alternative to the e2000.
