Valve cover breather grommet size

I’m adding a valve cover breather filter from Scott drake and need some help locating the right grommet size to order (and tips on where to order it). I have two, both fit the valve cover but ones too big for the filter and the other two small.

The grommet on mine is a MR. Gasket #97003906. It measures 1.45" outer and hole is .75"
