I just got done with my roll cage. After spending 4 hours wire wheeling it, sanding it, and prepping for paint I used the VHT Roll bar spray paint. I must say compared to the other named brand spray paints that this one to me is by far the best. It covers well and you do not have to prime seeing it is self etching. It also seems to bond better with the metel. Just thought i would share in case someone was repainting some parts.

One of the local speed shops here in Phoenix turned me on to VHT roll bar and chassis paint. Not sure but I think it must stand for VERY HIGH TEMPERATURE. It's really good stuff. I painted a lot of underside parts with that, including my axle housings, see photo. Only bad thing I can say is that about every 4th or 5th can was defective. In other words, you push the button and nothing comes out. But otherwise I really like that stuff.
