A '69 carb would have a manual choke.

I believe i have found a workable carb.
My 69 has both a dash mounted choke and a dash mounted throttle.
Is your unit rebuilt? what are you asking for it?

The dash mounted throttle is completely independent of the carburetor. It's a cable from the dash to a bracket behind the accelerator.
