• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

I collect old barbell weights. I am looking mostly for old YORK "standard" or "olympic" weights. Looking for the milled olympic plates from the 60's and 70's, as well as, the standard weights from 50's-70's. Let me know if you have any! ;D

broncology, check with Ricky at http://www.crainsmuscleworld.com/ He has a lot of old books and has been in the powerlifting arena for a long time. He is a former national champion. I take his newsletter it is free. Probably be best to call him, he is sometimes slow to answer emails. post some pics of what you already have. i would love to have some old kettles.

Thanks for the link! Here are a couple of pics. The Olympic York's are from the 70's, the standard York is from the 50's and the BUR-bel is from the 40's. I would love to have some deep dish Olympic York's from the 60's but they are almost impossible to find.

Ya, up north you can find those York plates everywhere....craigslist, yard sales, etc. It wouldn't surprise me at all if they are still in many commercial gyms. Down here in the south they are essentially non-existent (atleast they are very hard to find). If I had a vehicle that got more than 10 mpg, I would make a road-trip up north and have a blast picking all the weights I could find.....but for now I'm left "getting lucky" or dealing with shipping costs %).
