• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

I thought these winches were the favorite among mudders/crawlers ?

they are.

IMHO the reason people aren't beating a path to your door:

You don't know if it works (stating it makes you appear unwilling to find out)

You won't separate the winch from the bumper (difficult shipping, may not want bumper)

It's $500 for a possible boat anchor.

If it were me (and it's not, just offering friendly advice), I'd hook it up to a battery, and let folks know if it works, and separate the bumper from the winch and offer each at separate reasonable prices based on functionality and be willing to ship.

Consider this gospel!!

Looking at the pic with it overhead I can't fathom how someone would think you could safely pull with it. It is ONLY bolted to the front of the bumper, and am surprised it isn't folded in the middle.

BUT, I can say that if you would be willing to ship I may be game. Obviously this is contingent on if it pulls.

The reason I dont know if it works is ........What you see is the way I bought the EB.I started fixing PO brain farts and havent got around to it.But Obviously I need to see if I can get it going and post either way.

Im not going to be mudding or crawlin' and just going a different route with my build.

As for the bumper..I think they built it ,bolted winch to it and was proud enough of their accomplishment ?

Thanks for the feedback

Stay tuned......
