Warn HS9500i used value?

What would one of these be worth? I found one and the guys wants me to make an offer. It looks like it in in pretty good shape. Just some minor fading of the paint. It really doesnt even look like it has been used much.

Would $400.00 be fair? Too high... to low?

That would be a sweet deal. The 9500i is not listed on Clemson4wheel site(usually a price leader for new warns), the 9000i, depending on dealer would run 935-1050. They list a retail at 1189.99 on clemson4wcenter- I paid 899 for my 9500i on the white bronco several years back. Strong winch, and quick. I discuss the ancestry of my Tmax on the trail ranger any time I use it after having the 9500i :)

Looks good and seems to function properly. It appears to be pretty fast.
